New ReviewerFirstly I booked the redbus Sharma travels for 9may2022
Today on 7th may I wanted to change my date of travel so I tried to change the travel date but the customer service showed me that according to travel policy the facility of free of cost changing date of travel has expired ..but as I saw the free of cost date change policy at the home page of redbus app it showed me that the free of cost date change policy is valid till 8 hours before the travel date as mentioned previously and because of that I have booked another travel for 8th may . And customer service is so poor no queries of customers are addressed . Kindly have an eye over it .as I have to pay double and rs 133 will deduct from the booking for 9th may
So poor customer service policy
No problems are addressed on the call service
If there is bus operator policy
Monetary Loss: $133.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
