When I booked the bus, it was mentioned as an AC bus, but I got a very dirty and scrap bus. The AC was not working, the curtains were very dirty, there was a single driver, and there were multiple stops.

The AC ventilation duct was removed. The bus stopped in a dirty place, and the dinner stop was also a very bad experience.

Redbus customer care did not resolve this issue after 78 hours. Redbus just verified the bus service and conditions.

Poor Experience with Bus Booking from Bangalore Hosa Road to Karkala

Dear RedBus Customer Support,
I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent bus booking experience. I booked a bus from Bangalore Hosa Road to Karkala with Vishal Route A, scheduled to depart at 8:25 AM.
Issues Faced:
1.

The pickup point was changed to Konappana Agrahara without prior notice, requiring me to arrive an hour early. That will be okay.
2. The bus was changed at Gandhinagar, and I was made to wait for 45 minutes.
3. When I called the Vishal office and driver, neither picked up the call.
4.

The bus arrived an hour late, and it was not the originally assigned bus.
5.

The bus was not clean, which further added to our inconvenience.
Impact:
This experience significantly disrupted our day, and if it had been my mother traveling, it would have been even more challenging.
Request:
I urge you to look into this matter and take necessary steps to improve the service quality. The changes in pickup point and bus, lack of communication, and poor bus condition are against the standards expected from RedBus.
Expectation:
I hope you'll take immediate action to address these issues and provide a better experience for your customers.

I want to reschedule my bus ticket, and it's not allowing me in the app, and the customer service is not working properly. I was not able to connect to your agents.

Case ID : 2173**** reported 5th May, a charge to my bank account $59.07 on 3rd May. 6th May i received email from redBus support team, suggesting to respond through the link given, which apparently cannot ! Then via redbus Malaysia Messenger that was sent yesterday but no answer till now.
I hope the amount deducted from my bank account to be fully refunded asap.

Redbus customer care official contacted me. He was patient and listened and responded well to my grievance. And assured that my complaint will be taken into consideration.
