I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced during my recent journey from Mumbai to Bangalore with Sharma Travels.

To provide some context, my scheduled departure from Mumbai was at 4 pm, but the bus eventually left at 6 pm. Upon reaching Lonavala at 10 pm, the passengers, including myself, were shocked to discover that the bus was damaged, and a crucial part was missing.

This situation left us stranded in the middle of nowhere, with no clear solution in sight.

What is particularly distressing is the lack of accountability from both Sharma Travels and redBus. Despite the urgency of the situation, neither party has taken charge, leaving passengers in a precarious position. It is currently 3 am, and attempts to contact the manager have been unsuccessful. There is no helpline or customer service number available to address our concerns at this critical hour.

The bus driver assured us that a mechanic would arrive promptly to address the issue, but it has been five hours, and there is still no sign of assistance.

This raises serious questions about the reliability of the service provided and the commitment to passenger safety.

Furthermore, the decision to depart from Mumbai with a missing part in the bus is highly concerning. The safety and well-being of passengers should always be the top priority, and it is disheartening to see such negligence.

I am not only expressing my frustration but also raising a significant safety concern. What if something had happened to the passengers during this ordeal?

It is crucial to understand who would be responsible for the potential risks to our lives.

I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt response regarding the actions Sharma Travels intends to take to rectify the situation and prevent such incidents in the future. Additionally, I urge you to establish effective communication channels for passengers in emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Bus service is not good you guys charge us so high and give worst services to customers frst when we board in bus I have ask them for blankets but they denied for that after 2 hours they come if your required than take if from below matters when we ask reason bus staff was like peoples take it with them to there home thts the reason we dont give them and bus window is automatic opening whole night worst bus travel ever in my life secondly where they stop bus for refresh its also worst bus stop for half and hour and there only 2 washroom are they and haveing to much que rest of time if we spend there only how can we eat there and bus staff always deny to wait if we are paying you guys thats mean we need good service from you if you really want to grow up stop doing wrong practice with customers we need good services I want compensation half prices you guys should reverse us if you are not helping I will go to consumer forum

Follow up on existing complaint and refund

We have not yet received our refund after over a month of back and forth with Redbus.

After them agreeing to provide us the refund within 10 Working days, we have not heard from them at all through email or phone calls. Unfortunately our entire travel through India was spent on the phone to various customer service workers through redbus who spoke very poor English. The redbus policy indicates a 100% refund policy if customers experience any operational issue at redbusses end however, this policy has absolutely failed to meet its validity and for that, along with the lack of communication and follow up, we are highly disappointed and have been seriously letdown by redbus.

My experience with Laxmi holidays travel agency was very bad.the driver told me fake seats number. I was stucked in night near Mathura Raya exit.

I had an unsatisfactory encounter with Redbus. Which is in no way ignorable.

I had a reservation in advance from Mumbai to Pune for today. The instructions regarding the location and departure point were not explicit. I made over twenty phone calls in an effort to verify the boarding location. Disrespectfully, there was not a single return or answer to any call.

The office was also closed. I awaited the bus at the address specified on the electronic ticket for over three hours. The scheduled arrival time of the bus was six o'clock. Nevertheless, I remained until nearly seven o'clock.

The bus has not yet arrived, and the operator has not responded. It is my conviction that I paid a premium fare in advance to guarantee our timely departure. After this incident, I will never again have faith in Redbus. Given its complete lack of reliability.

For your reference, I have attached my ticket.

I ultimately was compelled to take a taxi to Pune.

A refund of the expensive ticket is the least that should be expected, given that I do not anticipate the composition.

The universal bus from Trinvadrum to Pondicherry make us travel from AC bus to non AC bus .. no seat allotment.. no care is given ...

We booked the ticket in the AC universal bus from Nagercoil to Pondicherry... No proper care was given in the bus maintenance.. the AC hole is broken.. when informed, the response was very impolite.. The ticket was for AC bus travel.. but in Karaikal, they shifted to another non AC bus.. no one was there to give any response.. very worst . They can close the bus ..
